| The Management

Board Members
and Advisors
The authorized number of Board Members/Directors shall be not
less than two (2) nor more than five (5). There are currently
three (3) Directors. Jagriti International Board Members/Directors
hold office for a term of one year, commencing on the date of
the Director’s election. The Board holds an annual meeting
for the purpose of organization, election of officers and the
transaction of other business on January 31 of each year. The
Foundation shall have the following elected officers: President;
one or more Vice Presidents; Secretary; and Chief Financial
Officer/Treasurer. Nothing shall prohibit the Board from combining
one or more of the various offices; except that neither the
Secretary nor the Treasurer may serve concurrently as the President.
An elected officer must be a director of the Corporation. All
officers serve as volunteers and receive no financial remuneration.
Advisors are asked to serve the Foundation for a period of one
year. Invitations to serve as advisors are issued on an annual
basis. The advisors have no voting rights and they receive no
financial remuneration. They assist the Foundation at monthly
meetings, and as needed with the development of the organization.
In return for their contribution of time they are considered
to be "Jagriti Friends" and receive the benefits of
membership at that level (i.e. the newsletter and the right
to participate in an Awakening Journey.)

| Staff |
| |
| Currently Jagriti International
has no paid staff. Professionals are hired for various tasks
as needed. As the organization grows in size and activities,
full and part-time professional staff will be employed. Volunteers,
interns and work-study candidates will also assist with the
administration and work of the Foundation. Eventually, the Board
of Directors and Advisors will not be involved in the day-to-day
management of the organization. |
